01. About ZURO GO
ZURO GO is a digital platform that connects clients with independent couriers for deliveries inside Belgrade. We are an intermediary — we do not perform deliveries ourselves and do not employ the couriers.
02. Orders and pricing
The price of each order is calculated by distance and shown in the app before you confirm. The minimum order is 800 RSD.
03. Payments and commission
You can pay by card via PayPal or in cash to the courier. For card orders the payment is processed through the platform, which retains a service commission and pays the remainder to the courier.
04. Responsibilities
The platform is responsible for the intermediation service. The courier is responsible for safe transport and timely delivery, but not for the contents. The sender is responsible for the contents, packaging and legality of the shipment. Couriers take a photo at pick-up and at delivery as evidence of condition.
05. Prohibited items
Illegal, dangerous or restricted goods may not be sent through the platform. A full list will be provided here.
06. Complaints
You can file a complaint through the app or by email; we respond within 8 days as required by Serbian consumer-protection law.
07. Liability and governing law
The platform’s liability is limited to the intermediation service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
