How fast is delivery? +
Most ASAP orders are picked up within 5–15 minutes and delivered inside an hour. You can also schedule for later in the day.
How is the price calculated? +
Live RSD pricing on the order screen: distance × cargo size, plus extras for stairs and multi-stop. Minimum order 800 RSD. No surprises after confirmation.
How do I pay? +
PayPal-hosted card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex) — or cash on delivery directly to the courier.
What if something goes wrong? +
Every delivery ends with a courier photo. You also rate the courier 1–5★ so we keep the bar high. Support is one tap away in the app.
Can a courier shop for me? +
Yes. Describe what to pick up; the courier pays at the shop and adds the receipt — you settle with the courier on delivery.
