Pricing is by distance — an 800 RSD minimum per order plus around 60 RSD per kilometre. The exact amount is shown in the app before you confirm.
How fast does the courier arrive? +
A courier is typically dispatched within minutes, and delivery completes within the same hour. Peak hours may take slightly longer — you see the courier live on the map the whole time.
What can I send through ZURO GO? +
Almost anything that fits in a courier bag or a car — documents, keys, a phone, parcels, cakes, flowers, medicine, spare parts. We do not carry prohibited substances, live animals or unpackaged fragile items.
Can I pay by card? +
Yes, you can pay by card via PayPal secure payments in the app, or in cash to the courier on pick-up. Businesses can switch to monthly invoicing.
Can I have multi-stop routes in a single order? +
Yes, ZURO GO supports multi-stop routes — a courier can pick up from several addresses and drop off at several addresses in one run.
Do you deliver outside Belgrade? +
For now we operate strictly inside the Belgrade city zone. For inter-city or international shipping we recommend specialised logistics providers.
How do I track the courier? +
Once your order is accepted, you see the courier live on the map in the app. You get notifications and a photo at both pick-up and delivery.

Standard orders are covered under our terms of service. For high-value items (documents, electronics) please note this when booking so we can advise on protection.
